Casa Dolfin :: Las Palmas 14a :: Puerto Penasco, Mexico Las Palmas 14a is a ground floor 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo located on the beach in the Las Palmas Mirador area and has incomparable views of the Sea of Cortez [see photo section below]. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and private bath; the second bedroom has bunk beds, a twin bed and private bath; and the third bedroom has a full bed and private bath with a private entrance from the rest of the condo. The living/kitchen area overlooks the ocean and opens onto an ocean-side patio. This area has a sofa and a queen futon for extra sleeping. A 1/2 bath is also located in this part of the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster. |

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Breakfast bar, central air/heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, gas barbecue, patio furniture, outside shower, tape deck, radio, DVD player, VCR and Satellite TV.

RATES:
Peak Time: September 15 to June 15 $250/night -- Two night Minimum; Three night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, October and all Holidays. After third night rate goes to $150/night. Non-Peak Time: June 16 to September 14 $200/night -- Two night minimum stay, Three night minimum stay during holidays. After third night rate goes to $100/night. Weekly and extended stay rates available upon request. |
